Stateline Speedway is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
Grandstand tickets not good for pit admission.
In the event of postponement of event, tickets will honored at the rescheduled event held, or posted event held. Promoter reserves the right to change or adjust schedule when necessary. Race events will be considered complete after 50% of the day’s events.
Tickets obtained from sources other than Stateline Stadium Speedway and its affiliates may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and in such cases will not be honored.
Tickets may not be sold, for any prices, or given away on Stateline Speedway property.
Tickets may not be used for advertising, giveaways, or promotion without the prior express written consent of Stateline Stadium Speedway.
Stateline Stadium Speedway reserves the right to revoke a ticket at anytime.
Use of the ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms.
The Holder expressly assumes all risk to incident at the event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event and agrees all participants, sanctioning bodies, and all employees, agents, officers and directors of Stateline Stadium Speedway, Inc., its affiliates and subsidiaries are hereby released from any and all claims arising from the event, including claims of negligence.
