Bando

This class consists of the youngest race car drivers in the Northwest. Ranging from ages 8 - 14, these kids are the future of racing! Bandolero cars don't accelerate very quickly, but can reach speeds of 50mph or more. Stateline Speedway requires a restrictor plate to be put on the motor, restricting their speeds down to 30 or 40 mph. The cars are built like miniature stock cars, with a tube frame and sheet metal cage. Drivers enter through the roof of the vehicle. Bando is another common term for Bandolero. Many bandolero drivers become Legend drivers.
